Yes. We offer a discounted rate for our weekly and bi-weekly subscribers. Additionally, recurring customers receive a 10% discount on all bulky item laundering as part of their membership.
We treat every garment with extreme care. Our facility utilizes video monitoring and sorting logs to track every load. If you notice an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review our logs and assist you.
Your laundry is weighed before processing and again after it's cleaned to ensure accuracy and fairness.
You can leave notes during scheduling like water temperature, detergent preferences, or other special requests.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
No, being home is not required. Most of our Newington and West Hartford customers prefer leaving their bags on their porch or at a designated spot. Simply mention the location in your online scheduling notes, and our driver will handle the rest.

For your first order, any sturdy bag or even a disposable bag works perfectly fine. We will return your clothing in clear plastic bags. For our recurring customers, we will provide one of our professional, reusable Newington Laundromat bags, which you can use for all future pickups. Please separate any items that require special care, stained, or require delicate handling.
We understand that life gets busy. If our driver arrives and no laundry is present, a "no-show" fee may apply to cover the route costs. You can reschedule or cancel your pickup through our portal up to 2 hours before your window begins.
Yes. When scheduling your order, you can choose from our standard PowerPax detergents, available in Free and Clear, Lavender, and Linen Fresh, our Premium Fresh bundle (Tide/Downy/Bounce), or our Free and Clear bundle for hypoallergenic needs. We tailor the wash to your preference.
For pickup and delivery orders, your laundry is weighed before we process it and again after it's cleaned to ensure accuracy. A credit card must be kept on file, and you'll be charged prior to your laundry being delivered back to you.
You'll receive a notification when your driver is on the way, and you'll also get a confirmation message once your laundry has been picked up, so you always know exactly where your laundry is!

For in-store drop-off at our Market Square location, we offer same-day service for all bags dropped off by 10:00 AM. This allows you to get your errands done and have fresh laundry ready for the evening.

Self-Service Laundromat
No. Our Market Square facility is card-only using the Laundroworks system. You can purchase or reload a laundry card at our kiosk using cash or a credit/debit card. It’s faster, more secure, and eliminates the need for change.
The lights will shut off and the doors will lock at 12:00am.
Yes. Our high-capacity 70lb washers are designed to handle heavy items like area rugs, horse blankets, and large sleeping bags. These machines provide a superior clean compared to standard residential units.
While we are a self-service facility, we have attendants on-site during specific windows: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM - 2 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM - 3 PM. Our facility is monitored by high-definition cameras for your safety at all other times.
You're welcome to step out, but laundry left over 15 minutes may be moved, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
